What is the Clients Only area?
In this area you can:

  • complete your client profile
  • update various forms such as Client Profile, Goals, Discovery, Evaluations.
  • schedule & re-schedule your appointments
  • access various documents and materials posted for your use
  • Complete your coaching call prep form prior to your next session

How do I access the Clients Only Area?
Click on my website: Clients Area and click on LOGIN in the upper center of this Welcome Page. You will know you have successfully logged into this area when the webpage displays: Welcome "Your Name"! in the upper left corner.

What do I do if I have to re-schedule an appointment?
Simply access the "Clients Only" area by logging in with your username and password, then access my on-line calendar to re-schedule! Make sure you select a time within a slot marked "AVAILABLE". Once you have determined the new time you would like, simply click on the "title" of your current coaching appointment, click on the "EDIT" button and change the start time, stop time and date to reflect the new desired appointment time. We both will receive instant emails confirming the changes.

What happens if I miss a call due to an emergency?
I do have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and I also recognize that life happens. If you need to miss due to an emergency, please let me know as soon as possible that you'll be missing the appointment. If it is not possible notify me in advance, please notify my as soon after as you can to let me know that you're ok.

If you want support before you next call, let me know. We can do laser coaching via email prior to your next session. Be sure to set up a new appointment in the calendar area if you don't already have one booked.

What if I have lost my password?
Not a problem! When you go to the home page of my client-only area and click on the LOGIN link at the top center, you will be able to enter your username and then click on the I FORGOT MY PASSWORD button. My system will automatically send you an email with your password included. Should you misplace your username, simply contact me via email and I will send you your username.
