My work focuses on spiritually-based approaches to life’s challenges, transitions, and major events, and on the inner journey of self-awareness as the source of peace and power. As a workshop instructor and personal counselor, I pull from my own experience and many areas of training to provide individual guidance and group classes that have clients look deeply into their personal patterns and soul purpose from a fresh, new perspective, helping them move to new levels of awareness, inner strength, joy, and personal effectiveness.

I have been helping people since 1998 in a variety of areas such as: leadership, communication, career management, spirituality, addiction recovery, codependence, achieving life goals, and creating healthy love relationships. I earned my ministerial degree, a License  in Sacred Theology (STL), through the seminary of the St. Thomas Christian Church in 2012. I was previously certified through the International Coach Federation. In addition, I have training in Pesso-Boyden System Psychomotor and the STAR process. Other relevant education includes personal development and leadership training through Landmark Education Corporation, Turknett Leadership Group, and the Karin Kabalah Center.

My corporate history includes twenty-five years of diverse experience with industry leading Fortune 100 corporations and privately held firms. I have worked for such companies as Coca-Cola, Bank South (now Bank of America), and S1 Corporation. My last position was Managing Director of Marketing for Georgia Natural Gas.

This rich and varied background provides a strong foundation for the powerful work I do with clients.
